Dr. Finman is the Founder and President of NIDA, as well
as the President of LCF Enterprises, a High-Tech Engineering
and Manufacturing Firm in Post Falls, Idaho. She is passionate
about providing opportunities for our youth to explore
science and technology and to open doors to previously
unknown opportunities or interests.

Brian is the NIDA Executive Director of Business Development
and Marketing and a FIRST Robotics coach at Coeur d'Alene High
School. He is also a consultant in business development and marketing

Karlicia Berry
Karlicia is the NIDA Executive Director of Educational Programs and a FIRST World Judge. She is also a Gifted Program Teacher at Ponderosa Elementary School in Post Falls Idaho.
